All services are delivered in accordance with a signed engagement letter, which outlines the scope of work, terms, and deliverables for each client engagement. This letter must be signed by both parties before any work begins.

Due to the customized and service-based nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once services have commenced. Clients are encouraged to review their engagement letter carefully prior to signing.
